An administrator of a website can change the role of another user of the same website.
Requirements:
- You must have an active CWL account.
- You must be an administrator of a website.
Change a user’s role.
- Login to the website dashboard as an administrator.
- Navigate to Users -> All Users using the sidebar navigation (left-nav)
- Select the user, and in the ‘Change role to…’ drop-down menu, select the required role, then click ‘Change’.
